Due to rapid expansion Cabline UK are looking to recruit enthusiastic motivated individuals, who are quick learners and have a professional attitude to work within our 24/7 control room. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate’s to join the UK’s largest independent managed road transport provider.
Cabline UK was established in 2004 and has quickly become the largest transport provider to the UK rail industry with more rail industry clients than any other national provider. Whether it is train crew positioning or emergency passenger movements in times of disruption we are on hand 24/7 to assist. In addition to our rail industry clients we also support many well known brands with their taxi and ground transport requirements.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide reactive first line support/query resolution to our clients, as an ambassador for excellent customer service and first contact resolution; you will be a logical thinker who is able to take ownership of the client’s requirements ensuring our service meets our client’s expectations while also creating a great customer experience.
- PC Literate
- Excellent telephone manor.
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Customer service experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Be an individual that takes pride in your work
- Must be a team player.
- Reliable with good time keeping skills
